1. Market Volatility & Final Sales

The sports card market is highly volatile. Asset values fluctuate based on player performance, injuries, and broader market conditions. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to market corrections, grading disagreements, or buyer's remorse once a transaction is finalized.

2. Algorithmic Pricing Errors

Card Dash Hub utilizes automated data ingestion and aggregation tools. In the event of a typographical, technical, or algorithmic pricing error (e.g., a card listed significantly below fair market value due to a data anomaly), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order and issue a full refund prior to fulfillment.

3. Fulfillment & Liability Handoff

Our liability for physical assets ends once the package is scanned as "Accepted" by the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). We integrate with third-party logistics to track status, but risk of loss in transit falls to the carrier and their associated insurance policies.
